PORTLAND WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

YOUR STORY, UNSCRIPTED
Portland wedding photographer Andrea Zajonc

Andrea zajonc

I first discovered my love of photography among the roses of René Vivani Square in the heart of Paris, a love that has blossomed into wedding, engagement, family, and portrait photography in and around Portland, Oregon. My style is timeless and candid, capturing moments of elegance and authenticity in gorgeous natural light.

Together we’ll look for the intimate pause before the walk down the aisle, the loving gaze between a newly-engaged couple, the joyous spontaneity of a family outing. The magic starts before you ever see the camera. The right Portland wedding photographer will make you feel comfortable and confident. Most importantly, working with me is a carefree, uplifting experience of adventure, laughter, romance, and elegance.

why work with me?

I capture more than moments

I want you to be able to feel the love on your wedding day through your photographs. I will be there with you every step of the way so that you can focus fully on being present for yourselves and your friends and family. Your photos will be a lasting memory of the best day of your life.

I recently shot my 200th wedding

From intimate outdoor ceremonies to raucous ballroom celebrations, I’ve seen the quiet moments, the fireworks, and everything in between. My weddings are not just a swirl of aisles, arches, and altars, each has been as unique and beautiful as the couple themselves.

Attention to detail

I use Canon camera and lighting systems, which are meticulously serviced by licensed professionals and regularly upgraded as new models are released. I believe deeply that every wedding deserves the best equipment and attention to detail. You should expect nothing less for your amazing day.

Authentic & Timeless

I believe in stunning, artistic, intimate wedding photography with a timeless, unrehearsed feel that evokes enough emotion to last a lifetime. I want your real personality, your raw emotions, your candid moments. Your comfort and confidence make the photo, not forced poses or trendy gimmicks. True love is timeless.

why i became a wedding photographer in portland, or

Portland is a special place, and photography is a calling.

My job lets me brush my fingertips against the botanicals of the Blockhouse as sunlight filters through their draped canopies. I watch from behind Corinthian pillars as long-separated friends and families reunite in the gorgeous Governor Ballroom of the Sentinel Hotel and newlyweds as they steal a quiet kiss beneath the oak barrels of Coopers Hall. On clear days, I see awestruck guests pointing out the snow capped mountain peaks, and when clouds darken the skies, they light up the night with brilliant sparklers.

Portland is a place for everyone, especially those who have found a love that will last a lifetime. My job takes me from the rolling vineyards of the Willamette, to downtown luxury ballrooms, to the towering piers of St. Johns Bridge. I’ve photographed couples from five continents who came here for the biggest day of their lives. My home is beautiful, vibrant, and welcoming to all, and I could not be more grateful for my calling. Thank you for spending this time with me, and I’d be honored to be part of your wedding story.
